Scope

This document specifies the requirements for polyolefin heat-shrinkable films (hereinafter referred to as films), describes the corresponding test methods, stipulates the inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and provides a product classification.
This document is applicable to films with heat-shrinkable functions, which are mainly made from resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The films are first produced by co-extrusion and cooling using a tube film method, and then processed through bidirectional simultaneous stretching and other processes.
