Scope

This standard specifies the structural type, materials, design, manufacturing, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation, and design service life of liquefied dimethyl ether steel cylinders.
This standard applies to welded steel gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as steel cylinders) that are used under normal environmental temperatures (–40°C to 60°C), have a nominal working pressure of 1.6 MPa, a nominal volume of not more than 150 L, and can repeatedly contain liquefied dimethyl ether (in accordance with GB 25035).
