Scope

This standard specifies the types, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules and test methods, as well as requirements for marking, packaging and warranty period of FTY series three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors (frame numbers 80 to 355) for textile use.
This standard applies to FTY series three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors (frame numbers 80 to 355) (hereinafter referred to as "motors") specifically designed for various types of textile equipment, such as cotton, wool, linen, silk, and chemical fibers. This series of motors are self-starting permanent magnet synchronous motors. The motors specified in this standard have high overload capacity and anti-fiber clogging capability, making them suitable for use in short-fiber environments.
