Scope

This specification applies to the calibration of digital multimeters (hereinafter referred to as digital meters) with functions of measuring DC voltage, DC current, DC resistance, AC voltage, and AC current. It also applies to the calibration of instruments with the above-mentioned single measurement functions or combined measurement functions.
In this specification, the upper limit of AC/DC voltage measurement is 1,000 V, the upper limit of AC/DC current measurement is 100 A, the upper limit of resistance measurement is 10 GΩ, and the frequency range of AC voltage is 10 Hz to 1 MHz, and the frequency range of AC current is 10 Hz to 10 kHz.
