Scope
This standard specifies the principles of process preparation for precision forged parts of generator claw poles. This standard applies to the hot forging of generator claw pole forged parts with a diameter of not more than 180 mm on a press. This standard does not apply to the cold forging of generator claw pole forged parts on a press.
