GB/T 33352-2016 General rules of screening application of restricted substances in electrical and electronic products—X-Ray fluorescence spectrometry
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for instruments, technical competence of personnel, testing procedures, quality control, and documentation records for screening tests of lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), total chromium (Cr), and total bromine (Br) in electronic and electrical products by energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
This standard applies to screening tests of lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), total chromium (Cr), and total bromine (Br) in electronic and electrical products by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The screening tests using wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry can also be carried out as a reference.
Note: For sample pretreatment in wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, relevant standards or instrument manuals can be referred to as a reference.
