Scope

本文件规定了单个渐开线圆柱齿轮齿面的制造和合格判定的公差分级制，还规定了各项齿面公差的术语、齿面公差分级制的结构和允许值。本文件提供了齿轮供需双方参考的公差值。按照公差值由小到大的顺序，定义了11个齿面公差等级，从1级到11级。5.3提供了公差值计算公式，应用范围如下：--5≤z≤1 000；--5 mm≤d≤15 000 mm；--0.5 mm≤mn≤70 mm；--4 mm≤b≤1 200 mm；--β≤45°。其中：z--齿数；d--分度圆直径；mn--法向模数；b--齿宽(轴向)；β--螺旋角。本文件必需和可选的测量方法，见第4章。本文件不包括齿轮设计。本文件不涉及齿面纹理。关于齿面结构的其他信息，见ISO/TR 100644。
