Scope

This part of GB/T 25895 provides the principles and requirements for selecting and using water safety signs and beach safety flags. This part not only stipulates the principles and requirements for the location, installation, lighting, and maintenance of water safety signs and beach safety flags, but also stipulates the principles and requirements for the design and installation of assembly signs.
This part does not apply to traffic signs used in road and water transportation, nor to flags used in shooting ranges or flags indicating water quality. This part does not involve the use of emergency guidance signs and their lighting.
