Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining sucralose (sucralose) in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of sucralose in food. The detection limit of this standard: When the sampling amount is 5.00 g, the volume is adjusted to 5.00 mL, and the injection amount is 20 μL, the detection limit is 0.004 g/kg; the quantification limit is 0.014 g/kg. The linear range of this standard is 0.100 mg/mL to 0.800 mg/mL.
