Scope

This document specifies the general requirements and dimensions for flange heads, split flange clamps (FCS and FCSM), integrated flange clamps (FC and FCM), oil ports, and installation surfaces of hard pipe joints and hose joints (DN13~DN127) used with four-screw fastening at pressures of 3.5 MPa to 35 MPa; it also stipulates the requirements and dimensions for sealing rings and sealing grooves used in conjunction with these components.
This document applies to the connectors of hydraulic systems for industrial and commercial products where it is inconvenient to use threaded pipe joints.
Note: This document recommends the use of metric threaded fasteners (Type 1), and also provides methods for using existing British threaded fasteners (Type 2).
