Scope

本标准规定了锁紧销的形状和标准尺寸、试验方法、判定准则，以及仅作为指导制造的其他尺寸。
本标准适用于GB/T 4056中绝缘子串元件的球窝联接以及相应的金属附件上单独供货的锁紧销。当这些锁紧销与绝缘子或金属附件一起供货时，应认为这些锁紧销是绝缘子或金属附件的一个组成部分。在这种情况下，相关的试验应包括在GB/T 1001.1中。当有要求时，应提供合格证书，以证明锁紧销按本标准的规定进行过试验。锁紧销通常与绝缘子或相应的金属附件一起供货。
本标准不包括材质的技术要求，但推荐材料表面不应有防腐蚀层。此外，材料不应在锁紧销和球窝联接之间产生明显的接触蚀损(化学反应)。
