Scope
This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for the temporary construction of stages and grandstands in performance venues in terms of structure, wind resistance and anti-overturning, and performance technology. It also stipulates special requirements for the safety of stage equipment and electrical safety in temporarily constructed performance venues.
This standard applies to temporarily constructed performance venues in squares, stadiums, exhibition halls, shopping malls, hotels, factories, parks, scenic areas, etc.
This standard applies to the design, installation, stage setup, stage dismantling, rehearsals, and performances of temporarily constructed performance venues.
This standard does not include the safety technical requirements for stage equipment (including stage lighting, stage sound, stage machinery, stage curtains, stage installations, etc.).
This standard does not apply to situations where local meteorological disasters occur.
