This standard applies to steam boilers, hot water boilers, and organic heat carrier boilers fueled by oil (light oil) and gas (natural gas, liquefied gas, urban gas, etc.) within the jurisdiction of this city.
This standard does not apply to boilers with a rated pressure greater than or equal to 3.8 MPa.
