GB/T 30661.9-2024 Wheelchair seating—Part 9:Interface pressure mapping guidelines for seating

Scope

The purpose of this document is to guide users in directly participating in the evaluation of interface pressure distribution (IPM) applications, or to use this document in conjunction with comprehensive evaluations of wheelchair seats.
This document does not cover other aspects of the evaluation process (such as recording medical histories), nor does it include prescriptions or treatments resulting from the evaluation. These guidelines do not imply that they can replace the inferences and judgments of the entire clinical evaluation.
This document involves the latest technologies in IPM experience in the application scenario of seat cushions, and most of the principles contained herein can be extended to whole-body (bed) or foot evaluations.
