This type evaluation outline is applicable to the type evaluation of continuous cumulative automatic weighing instruments classified and coded as 12061000. It stipulates the legal management requirements, metrological requirements, technical requirements, and test requirements and procedures for type evaluation of continuous cumulative automatic weighing instruments (belt scales).
This outline is applicable to the following types of belt scales:
——Belt scales that use the principle of gravity to determine the cumulative mass of bulk materials by continuous weighing;
——Belt scales used with single-speed belt conveyors or variable-speed belt conveyors.
