Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for the electronic disclosure of financing-related announcements by listed companies, the rules for classifying and coding such announcements, classification standards, and the electronic disclosure process. This document applies to the electronic documents of financing-related announcements publicly released by listed companies, including the related materials required. It also applies to the process of information consultants, securities investment institutions, or other listed companies in the market obtaining relevant information on financing-related announcements from listed companies and collecting and using such data.
