Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for the electronic disclosure of equity change announcements by listed companies, the classification and coding rules for such announcements, the classification standards, and the electronic disclosure process. This document applies to the electronic documents of equity change announcements publicly released by listed companies, including the related materials required. It also applies to the process of obtaining relevant information on equity change announcements by information consulting institutions, securities investment institutions, or other listed companies in the market, as well as the process of collecting and using such data.
