Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for the electronic disclosure of transaction-related announcements by listed companies, the classification and coding rules for announcements, classification standards, and the electronic disclosure process. This document applies to the electronic documents of transaction-related announcements publicly released by listed companies, including the related materials required. It also applies to the process of information consultants, securities investment institutions, or other listed companies in the market obtaining relevant information on transaction-related announcements from listed companies and collecting and using the data.
