Scope

This document describes a method of evaluating the power generation performance of a wave energy conversion device at another deployment site (hereinafter referred to as "Site 2") using the operational measurement data from an existing site (hereinafter referred to as "Site 1").
This document is applicable to evaluating the power generation performance of a wave energy conversion device at Site 2 based on the operational measurement data obtained at Site 1.
This document is not applicable to:
a) the measurement of raw data at Site 1;
b) environmental issues;
c) operation and maintenance.
