GB/T 30989-2014 Technical regulation of high-throughput gene sequencing
GB/T 30989-2014 Technical regulation of high-throughput gene sequencing
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of high-throughput gene sequencing technology, the principles of sequencing, technical indicators, related main instruments, sequencing reagents, and requirements for preparation and sequencing methods.
This standard is applicable to high-throughput gene sequencing of biological samples such as animal tissues, blood, feces, oral mucosa, hair, plant tissues, soil, and microorganisms.
This standard is applicable to three types of sequencing: unidirectional sequencing, bidirectional sequencing, and mixed sample sequencing. It is also applicable to expression profiling sequencing, ChIP sequencing, cancer research and typing, miRNA sequencing, microbial metagenome, pathogen detection, immunology and immune disease research, methylation sequencing, sequence polymorphism detection, clinical gene diagnosis, personalized sequencing, and genome sequencing.
