Scope

本文件规定了适用于外径为6 mm~50.8 mm金属管的37°扩口式管接头的通用设计要求、基本尺寸和性能要求,以及合格判定试验,扩口式管接头用于在本文件中规定的压力和温度范围内的流体传动和一般应用。
本文件规定的管接头适用于将金属管或软管接头与符合GB/T 2878.1、ISO 9974-1、ISO 1179-1或ISO 11926-1的油口进行过渡连接(相关软管接头规范参见GB/T 9065.5)。
注1:对于新的应用设计,9.6给出了相关要求。在允许使用弹性密封件的地方,首选符合国家标准并包含弹性密封的管接头设计。
注2:在规定压力、温度范围之外的条件下使用,参见5.5。
注3:优先选用米制螺纹扩口端和公制金属管。对于统一螺纹扩口端,公制管和英制管都可适用(见图8),只需改变衬套即可。
注4:此类管接头在表1给出的工作压力下工作,通过金属与金属的密封,实现全流量连接。由于许多因素会影响系统正常运行的压力,这些值不能作为最小保证值。对于每种应用,供需双方需进行充分的试验并对结果进行审查,以确保管接头满足要求的性能水平。
