GB/T 14034.1-2023 Connections for hydraulic fluid power—Metallic tube connectors—Part 1: 24° cone connectors

Scope

This document specifies the general design requirements, basic dimensions, performance requirements, and qualification tests for 24° conical tube fittings suitable for sleeve and O-ring sealing. Such tube fittings are suitable for metal tubes with an outer diameter of 4 mm to 42 mm.
The tube fittings specified in this document are suitable for transition connections between metal tubes or hose fittings and oil ports that comply with GB/T 2878.1, ISO 1179-1, and ISO 9974-1. (For related hose fitting specifications, see GB/T 9065.2.)
Note 1: For new application designs, the relevant requirements are given in Section 9.6. Where the use of elastic seals is permitted, tube fittings designed to incorporate elastic seals in accordance with national standards are preferred.
Note 2: For use under conditions outside the specified pressure and temperature ranges, see Section 5.4.
Note 3: Such tube fittings operate at the working pressure given in Table 1 to achieve full-flow connections. Since many factors can affect the pressure required for normal system operation, these values cannot be considered as minimum guaranteed values. For each application, the supplier and the customer need to conduct sufficient tests and review the results to ensure that the tube fittings meet the required performance levels.
