DB31/ 267-2015 Sulfur and ash content limiting of fuels

Scope

This standard specifies the limit requirements for sulfur and ash content in fuels, as well as the testing and sampling methods.
This standard applies to coal and its products, as well as fuel oil, used in power station boilers, industrial boilers, industrial kilns, and other combustion equipment within the boundaries of Shanghai City, including their production, import, wholesale, sales, and use.
The limit values for sulfur content and ash content in other solid or liquid fuels may be implemented as a reference.
This standard does not apply to power station boilers that have already adopted desulfurization devices and have consistently met the emission limit values stipulated by the Shanghai Municipal Government.
