GB/T 12967.1-2020 Test methods for anodic oxidation coatings and organic polymer coatings of aluminium and aluminium alloys—Part 1:Measurement of abrasion resistance
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 12967 specifies the spray grinding method, sand dropping method, paper tape wheel grinding method, rubber wheel grinding method, rubber friction method, and friction coefficient determination method.
The spray grinding method is suitable for determining the wear resistance of anodized films and organic polymer films with a film thickness of not less than 5 μm, and is suitable for smaller samples and samples with uneven surfaces.
The sand dropping method is suitable for determining the wear resistance of anodized films and organic polymer films, and is suitable for smaller samples and samples with uneven surfaces.
The paper tape wheel grinding method is suitable for determining the wear resistance of anodized films and organic polymer films with a thickness of not less than 5 μm, and can determine the overall wear resistance of the film layer and the wear resistance variation along the film layer thickness, but is not suitable for samples with uneven surfaces.
The rubber wheel grinding method is suitable for determining the wear resistance of anodized films and organic polymer films, and can be used to determine the overall wear resistance of the film layer, but is not suitable for samples with uneven surfaces.
The rubber friction method is suitable for determining the wear resistance of anodized films and anodized composite films with a thickness of less than 5 μm, and functional films and textured films can be used for reference.
The friction coefficient determination method is suitable for products such as anti-slip aluminum flooring and aluminum foil that have requirements for anti-slip performance.
