Scope
This part of GB/T 20380 specifies the method for determining the lead content in starch and its derivatives and by-products by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. The process parameters involved in electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry are far more than those in flame atomic absorption spectrometry, so it is impossible to provide a comprehensive method to ensure satisfactory experimental results on various instruments. Therefore, each analyst should optimize the operating conditions of their own instruments according to general or specific guidelines.
