This standard specifies the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and dithiothreitol colorimetry for determining the lead content in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of lead content in all types of food.
