GB/T 38329.3-2023 Utility connections in port—Part 3:Low voltage shore connection(LVSC) systems—General requirements
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for low-voltage shore power connection systems, the requirements for low-voltage shore power systems, onshore devices, ship-shore connections and interface equipment, ship and low-voltage shore power connection system controls, as well as the requirements for verification and testing of low-voltage shore power connection systems, regular testing and maintenance. This document applies to the design, installation and testing of low-voltage shore power connection systems, involving: a) low-voltage shore power distribution systems; b) ship-shore connections and interface equipment; c) transformers/reactors; d) semiconductors/rotary converters; e) ship distribution systems; f) protection, monitoring, interlocking and power management systems. Note: This document does not apply to power supply during docking, such as dock repair and other maintenance and repair. National competent authorities or ship operation authorities and/or shipowners or authorities responsible for shore power may propose additional and/or alternative requirements. Low-voltage shore power connection systems are used for ships with power requirements not exceeding 1 MVA when docked. This document applies to low-voltage shore power connection systems with a single connector rated current greater than 250 A, a nominal voltage greater than or equal to 400 V and less than or equal to 1,000 V, and does not apply to yacht docks, shipyards and oil and gas chemical terminals, or systems operated manually as specified in IEC 61439 (all parts).
