GB/T 28876.2-2014 Flammability of materials in space experimental facilities—Part 2:Test methods
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 28876 specifies the instrumentation and sample requirements for the flammability test of materials used in experimental equipment in the oxygen-rich environment of spacecraft cabins, the flame upward propagation test, the flammability test of wire insulation materials, the upward flammability test of materials in gaseous oxygen, the heat and visible smoke release rate test, the configuration flammability test, the flammability limit test, the self-ignition temperature test, the heat of combustion test, the oxygen index test, and the ignition mechanism test methods, as well as the flammability evaluation criteria and the content of the test report.
This part is applicable to the flammability test and evaluation of materials used in experimental equipment in the oxygen-rich environment of spacecraft cabins. The flammability test and evaluation of materials used in spacecraft, related ground support equipment, and specialized testing equipment can be referenced for use.
