This part of GB/T 13738 specifies the classification, physical standard samples, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of Gongfu black tea. This part is applicable to Gongfu black tea made from the buds, leaves, and tender stems of the tea tree Camellia sinensis (Linnaeus.) O.Kuntze, which are processed through withering, rolling, fermentation, drying, and refining techniques.
