Scope
This part of GB/T 13738 specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage for Keemun black tea. This part is applicable to Keemun black tea made from the buds, leaves, and tender stems of tea trees, which are processed through withering, rolling, fermentation, drying, and refining techniques.
