Scope
This standard specifies the protection scope of the geographical indication product of Huangshan Gongju, terms and definitions, growth environment, cultivation and production, grading and physical standard samples, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to Huangshan Gongju approved for protection by the national administrative departments of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products". The Huangshan Gongju referred to in this standard is also known as Huizhou Gongju, and is uniformly referred to as Huangshan Gongju throughout the standard.
