Scope

本标准规定了在稳定运行工况下燃气轮机机组和汽轮机组的噪声排放的测量方法。它规定了测量包络声源的测量面声压级的测量方法，以及声源产生的声功率级计算方法。本标准规定了测量环境和仪器的要求以及获得测量表面声压级的技术，其中声源的A计权声功率级以及倍频程或1/3倍频程声功率级是根据表面声压级计算得出的。这些方法可用于性能测试，即使该测试的目的只是简单地确定机器周围的声压级。本标准适用于在以下环境中使用的燃气轮机机组和汽轮机组：--电厂和工业应用（如：固定式）；--船上或海上应用，公路和铁路车辆应用。本标准不适用于航空应用中的燃气轮机。本标准仅适用于燃气轮机机组和汽轮机组（燃气轮机、汽轮机及其驱动设备和附属设备）位于平台上方并以平台为界连续包络测量表面内的部分。本标准适用于稳定运行工况，不包括在短期噪声排放偏高的起动、停机等瞬态运行。
