Scope
This document specifies the materials, pressure reduction coefficient, structure and connection methods, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of continuous glass fiber tape-wrapped reinforced polyethylene composite pipes (hereinafter referred to as "composite pipes") for water supply.
This document is applicable to composite pipes for general-purpose pressure water transmission and drinking water distribution with a water temperature not exceeding 40℃. Taking into account factors such as the chemical resistance and temperature resistance of the materials, it is also applicable to composite pipes used for sewage transmission, seawater transmission, and brine transmission in the salt chemical industry.
