Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, conditions of use, product models, basic parameters, structural requirements, technical requirements, nameplates, allowable deviations, inspection rules and methods, markings, lifting, packaging, transportation, installation, and storage for three-phase combination power transformers with a rated capacity of 40,000 kVA or more, a system nominal voltage of 110 kV to 500 kV, and a rated frequency of 50 Hz.
This standard applies to oil-immersed three-phase combination power transformers used in substations or power plants where transportation conditions or site layout are restricted.
