Scope

This part of GB/T 27797 specifies the method of preparing test plates by molding with reinforced thermoplastic sheets (GMT/STC). The prepared test plates are used for processing samples to determine the mechanical and physical properties of laminates. This method is suitable for laminates molded from thermoplastic resins with glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid, or other fibers as reinforcing materials (the reinforcing materials can be used individually or in combination, and their forms should be suitable for molding).
This part of GB/T 27797 should be used in conjunction with GB/T 27797.1.
