GB/T 27797.11-2011 Fibre-reinforced plastics—Methods of producing test plates—Part 11:Injection moulding of BMC and other long-fibre moulding compounds—Small plates

Scope

This part of GB/T 27797 specifies the method of conducting various tests (see Appendix A) using D1-type and D2-type ISO double-cavity molds with an injection molding size of 60 mm × 60 mm and a thickness of 2 mm (D1-type) or 4 mm (D2-type) for small square pieces. Appropriate embedded components can be added to the molds to facilitate the study of the impact of welding lines on mechanical properties (see Appendix B).
This part of GB/T 27797 is used in conjunction with GB/T 27797.1.
