Scope

GB/T 5169的本部分给出了用于测定电工电子产品及其组件所用材料在非接触火焰源中起燃时的特征热通量（CHFI）的试验方法，给出了起燃时间和入射热通量之间的关系。本试验方法中所用试样取自成品或组件。
本部分旨在供产品委员会根据IEC Guide 104和ISO/IEC Guide 51中规定的原则编写标准。
产品委员会的任务之一就是在编写自己的标准时，凡适用之处都要使用本系列标准。除非有关标准特别提及或列出不适用，否则本部分的要求、试验方法或试验条件都适用。
