Scope

This part of GB/T 28227 provides the content of outdoor museum quality management system, management responsibilities, resource management, service implementation, and measurement, analysis, and improvement.
The requirements specified in this part for various types of outdoor museums are universal. If any requirements of this part are not applicable due to the characteristics of the museum and its services, it may be considered to delete them.
