Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for low-melting-point polyester drawn filament yarn.
This standard applies to monofilament yarn with a total linear density of 83 dtex to 333 dtex and a single filament linear density of 2.3 dtex to 5.0 dtex, which is a single-component, natural-colored, low-melting-point polyester drawn filament yarn. Other types of low-melting-point polyester drawn filament yarns can be used as reference.
