GB/T 43258.4-2023 Road vehicles—Diagnostic communication over Internet Protocol(DoIP)—Part 4:Ethernet-based high-speed data link connector
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for Ethernet diagnostic connectors based on ISO 15031-3.
The diagnostic connection specified in this document includes two paired connectors: the connectors for vehicles and external diagnostic devices specified in ISO 15031-3.
This document specifies:
——The functional requirements of the vehicle connectors, which are divided into two main areas: the definition of connector terminals and the electrical requirements of connector-related circuits.
——The functional requirements of the external test equipment connectors, which are divided into two main areas: the definition of connector terminals and the electrical requirements of connector-related circuits.
This document specifies two different connector layouts and pins:
——Ethernet pin assignment scheme 1;
——Ethernet pin assignment scheme 2.
Scheme 1 was previously specified to meet the Ethernet pin assignment requirements of road vehicles already on the market, used to resolve conflicts with vehicle manufacturers' custom pins, such as pins 1 and 9.
Scheme 2 was specified to meet the Ethernet pin assignment requirements of road vehicles, used to resolve conflicts with vehicle manufacturers' custom pins, such as pins 3 and 11.
ISO 13400-3 specifies the methods for discovering/identifying and activating the vehicle Ethernet through the "Ethernet activation line".
This document is applicable to the design and use of Ethernet diagnostic connectors based on 100BASE-TX Ethernet.
