Scope
This part specifies the color codes, testing, requirements, and dimensions of socket and bolt-type fuses for road vehicles. This part applies to socket (type A) and bolt (type B) fuses with a rated voltage of 32 V or 58 V, a rated current of no more than 140 A, and a fuse capacity of 1,000 A.
