This rule stipulates the metrological requirements, metrological inspection procedures, metrological inspection methods, evaluation criteria for metrological inspection results, and inspection reports for the energy efficiency labeling of independent cathode ray tube display devices (hereinafter referred to as "CRT monitors"), liquid crystal display devices (hereinafter referred to as "LCD monitors"), and display devices with tuners/receivers whose main function is computer display (hereinafter referred to as "monitors") that operate normally under grid voltage.
This rule applies to the metrological supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labeling for monitors. For commissioned inspections, this rule can be referred to. Units that produce and sell monitor products can also conduct inspections in accordance with this rule.
