Scope
This standard specifies the method of determining the content of seaweed fiber in a mixture of seaweed fiber and certain other fibers after removing non-fiber substances by chemical analysis.
This standard is applicable to mixtures of seaweed fiber and cotton, linen, cuprammonium fiber, viscose fiber, modal fiber, lyocell fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, spandex, wool, acetate fiber, or triacetate fiber.
