Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of energy-saving and corrosion-resistant steel cable trays.
This standard applies to energy-saving and corrosion-resistant steel cable trays used for cable laying in industrial and civil buildings (hereinafter referred to as cable trays).
This standard does not apply to stainless steel cable trays.
