Scope

This standard specifies the ordering content, dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations of cold-rolled thin steel plates and steel strips made of carbon structural steel, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates, etc. This standard applies to cold-rolled thin steel plates and steel strips made of carbon structural steel with a thickness of no more than 3 mm and a width of no less than 600 mm (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips). Single sheets of cold-rolled steel plates can also be implemented in accordance with this standard.
