本文件规定了专门用于检测人体或人体部分的非接触型电敏保护设备(ESPE)的设计、制造和试验的总则,电敏保护设备是安全相关系统的组成部分。需要特别注意的是,针对其功能和设计要求,要确保达到适宜的安全相关性能。电敏保护设备(ESPE)能包括选择性的安全相关功能,这些要求在附录A中给出。
