Scope
This specification is applicable to the construction of industrial metal piping projects with a design pressure not exceeding 42 MPa and a design temperature not exceeding the allowable operating temperature of the materials. This specification is not applicable to the construction of the following industrial metal piping: 1. Pipelines for oil, natural gas, geothermal exploration and extraction devices; 2. Long-distance pipelines; 3. Special pipelines for nuclear power installations; 4. Pipelines for offshore facilities and mines; 5. Pipelines for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, as well as pipes with non-circular cross-sections.
