Scope
This standard specifies the principles for selecting the insulation level of equipment and provides representative withstand voltage values. When formulating standards for various equipment, the insulation level of the equipment should be determined in accordance with the requirements of this standard.
This standard applies to the insulation coordination of converter equipment and DC field equipment in ±800 kV DC converter stations.
