Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Dongpi cured meat, the scope of protection for geographical indication products, product classification, production and processing requirements, technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules, labels, marks, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to Dongpi cured meat approved for protection by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China in its Announcement No. 11 of 2006.
