Scope
This document describes the method for determining the silver content in silver paste used in solar cells by titration with thiocyanate standard solution. This document is applicable to silver paste used in solar cells, including front-side silver paste and back-side silver paste that comply with YS/T 612, with a measurement range of 30% to 95% silver content (mass fraction). Other conductive silver pastes (such as precious metal pastes used in microelectronics technology) and raw materials like silver powder used in making silver paste can also be referenced for use. Note: When determining the silver content (mass fraction) of silver powder using the method described in this document, the upper limit of the measurement range is 99%.
